Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Items that have been customized, personalized, or on sale are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Email our customer support at rbleathersofficial@gmail.com with your order details and reason for return.
  2. After approval, you will receive return instructions and the return address.
  3. Ship the item using a trackable shipping method and provide the tracking details.
  4. Once received, our team will inspect the product and process the return accordingly.

Refunds

Refunds are issued under the following terms:

  • Once the returned item is inspected and approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the product is defective or incorrect.
  • If your refund is delayed, please check with your bank or payment provider before contacting us.

Exchanges

We allow exchanges for:

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.


Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.
  • After 24 hours, cancellations may not be possible if the order has already been processed.
